I've been designing and permitting homes, additions & remodels for over 20 years in SLO and Santa Barbara Counties - but not only am I a designer, I'm also a builder! I speak the language of your Contractor as well, I understand the costs of certain types of construction and features and can help guide you early so you aren't surprised with budget over runs later on.
